I use this product for menstrual pain, headaches, and sore muscles. The arnica and CBD combination works wonderfully. Using this in combination with the CBD tincture is the best!

I got this rub for my hubby, as he is an avid gym goer and also has a herniated disk. I help rub the salve in on his sore muscles for some relief and a quicker recovery time (he swears it really helps!), and I have used it on my neck when I slept on it wrong and it works better than anything else I’ve tried without a medicine-y smell or constant re-apply. WARNING, do not get this in your eye. 🙂 I got some under my fingernail and accidentally rubbed by eye- big mistake. I recommend wearing nitrile gloves when applying, easy clean up and that also makes it soak only into the intended muscles.
